The Sunrider 2023 Asia-Pacific IBO Convention was held July 13–15, 2023, at the Illume Taipei, a hotel located in the heart of Taipei City, Taiwan. The event attracted over 350 Sunrider Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and their guests, who arrived from countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. 

Powered by the theme, "Our Future Is Bright," the event shone a spotlight on current happenings and illuminated the path to a radiant future. From dynamic keynote speakers to immersive training sessions, the convention provided a platform for profound insights and personal growth. 

An Inspiring Lineup of Speakers

The convention featured a stellar lineup of speakers, including the visionary founders of Sunrider, Drs. Tei-Fu & Oi-Lin Chen; Sunny Beutler, Chief Executive Officer; Dr. Reuben Chen, Chief Medical Advisor; and Eric Chen, Chief of Global Manufacturing. 

Through her talk, CEO Sunny Beutler painted a vivid picture of Sunrider’s future, one that gleams with exciting developments, including product innovations and enhanced business programs. 

Actionable Insights 

The convention also welcomed three esteemed guest speakers who shared their expertise and insights. Jacky Lim, renowned for his transformational programs, motivated the audience with his dynamic approach to success. Rex Wu, a seasoned business consultant, captivated the crowd with his knowledge on leadership and effective communication. From the USA, Ryan Gottfredson, Ph.D., shared innovative mindset strategies to help attendees unleash their full potential. 

Engaging Activities 

A dynamic program charged the convention with excitement. SunFit® workouts got hearts pumping and spirits soaring. The Hawaiian-themed Gala Dinner was a lively celebration of togetherness, as attendees embraced the island spirit.  

A Sunrider® Product Expo gave attendees the opportunity to experience firsthand the product quality and effectiveness that define the Sunrider brand. Attendees also had the opportunity to explore the vibrant city of Taipei through captivating city tours.  

Training, which included a general session, provided a platform for skill development, company announcements, and inspiration while morning yoga and guided meditation sessions ushered in moments of tranquility and inner reflection. 

Award recognition applauded the accomplishments of exceptional leaders, acknowledging their dedication and achievements within the Sunrider community. 

Product Launches 

Attendees were also able to witness the unveiling of Sunrider’s latest product offerings. The new SunFit® Protein Plus Ginger Turmeric and Pumpkin Spice flavors delighted attendees, promising delicious ways to tantalize taste buds and nourish the body with whole-food ingredients. 

The convention also showcased the debut of new lines of Kandesn® cosmetics, unveiling the latest Lip Colors and Face Palettes, made from the finest nature-sourced ingredients and designed to inspire confidence and creativity. 

 Empowering Leadership 

The IBO Leadership Panel featured key leaders who shared their best practices and success stories, inspiring fellow IBOs to reach new heights in their business endeavors. The IBO Millennial Panel was a convergence of aspirations and accomplishments, where young leaders took center stage to share how the “how and why” behind their Sunrider success. 

Talent Shines Bright 

The convention celebrated talent from across the Asia-Pacific region with the grand finale of the "Sunrider's Got Talent" contest. The 6-month talent search culminated in mesmerizing performances by 11 finalists. Mario Subeldia from the Philippines won hearts and the grand prize with his captivating Sand Art performance. 

With strengthened bonds, empowered minds, and a renewed sense of purpose, the attendees left the convention filled with ambition and excitement for their Sunrider journey ahead.
